Privacy Notice

Last updated: 15 September 2026

This notice explains how The Armoni Collective, trading as Fed Up Bride (“we”, “us”), handles personal data in the FUB Hub wedding planning platform. The Armoni Collective is the data controller for the personal data described here and decides how and why it is processed.

1. Personal data we collect

  • Account data — name, email address and login credentials (including sign-in via Google), used to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • Planning content you add — wedding details and date, partner and wedding party names, tasks, budgets and expenses, vendor contacts, guest list details (which may include dietary, accessibility and travel notes), events, photos, documents and keepsakes. Used to provide the Service. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
  • Support messages — what you send us when you ask for help. Legal basis: legitimate interests in supporting our customers.
  • Ask FUB conversations — the questions you ask and the relevant planning data used to answer them, processed by our AI provider to generate a reply. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
  • Usage, device and log data — IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed and error reports. Used for security, fraud prevention, diagnostics and improving the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • Purchase records — the plan you bought, order reference and status, so we can unlock the right access. Legal basis: performance of our contract and legal obligation. Card and billing details are collected and held by Paddle, not by us.

You are responsible for the guest and vendor information you enter; please only add details you have a proper reason to hold.

2. Who we share data with

  • Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, error monitoring and AI processing providers who act on our instructions.
  • Merchant of Record — Paddle.com, for the sale of our product, payments, invoicing, tax compliance and refunds.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where needed.
  • Authorities — where we are required to disclose by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data is transferred from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

4. Retention

We keep your account and planning content for as long as your account is active, and for up to 12 months after it is closed so you can change your mind, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Purchase and tax records are retained for as long as the law requires. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. If you are in the UK or EEA, you can also complain to your supervisory authority; we aim to respond to requests within one month. To exercise a right, use our contact page.

6. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and per-account database rules so that one member’s wedding data is not visible to another.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure. These are required for the platform to work. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and provide a way to manage your preferences. Paddle may set cookies during checkout as described in its own privacy notice.
