The Armoni Collective
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FUB Hub (the “Service”), a wedding planning platform operated by The Armoni Collective, trading as Fed Up Bride (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, purchasing access, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms and enter into an agreement with The Armoni Collective.
1. Who may use FUB Hub
You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your country of residence. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. What you get
FUB Hub is a private, member-only planning workspace that includes planning hubs such as Dream Studio, FUB Flow, Budget Blueprint, Vendor Vault, Guest Gadgets, Keepsake Vault and the Ask FUB planning companion, with additional hubs available at the FUB Ultimate level. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you purchased, for your own wedding planning purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
- engage in fraud, spam, harassment or impersonation;
- upload or share content that infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping data;
- reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.
4. Your content and suggestions
You keep ownership of the wedding details, photos, documents and other content you add. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. Suggested tasks, vendor option types, lodging ideas, ceremony templates and similar guidance are general information to help you plan; you are responsible for verifying details, rates, availability and contracts directly with any third party you engage.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, design, templates, written guidance and the FUB Hub and Fed Up Bride branding. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
6. Service availability
We work to keep FUB Hub available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, improve or be withdrawn over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Payment, billing and taxes
Access to FUB Hub is sold as a one-time payment (FUB Basic or FUB Ultimate) at the prices shown on our pricing page. Payment, billing, invoicing, tax and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller. For full details, see the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
8. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach of these terms, non-payment or payment reversal, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, you may request an export of your planning data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
11. General
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
12. Contact
